We deeply believed the enhancement of team spirit certainly cannot get it done in one action, also cannot attain from several simple activities. The success of team spirit can enhances the work driving force and the work achievement is a process which continues, bit by bit development and transformation; and that is connected with staff self motivation and the work final achievement so our management constantly pays attention and provide resorces on staff development. That is because the most valuable asset of a corporation is our staff, and the power of self motivation is especially wins the alternative mean / policies to impel the promotion of quality service.
Taking this into consideration, trained after last November, on this June 3, we conducted another team spirit training. For effectively strengthens the communication, this time besides the management level staff, we also invite different department's staffs to participate this event. After the training, all of them comments that this event have deepen their understanding, and the staff relations is being closer than before. We take this opportunity to thanks for their participation.
