In 2005, The environmental protection department launched a campaign called "Wastesi$e Scheme", encouraging enterprises to reduce and manage refuse produced. Enterprises have to act according to the following directions: avoid producing refuse and reduce refuse amount, collect recyclable materials, renew products, purchase or produce product with renewable ingredients. They should be evaluated by the department for 12 months. The environmental department then gives the honor to those enterprises which accomplish the above goals in order to praise their brilliant leadership in the field of environmental protection. It is our Li Hing Holdings Limited great honor to get the "Wastewi$e Logo" from environmental protection department. We achieve the goals of reducing the use of non-renewable battery and its related products, reducing the use of plastic bags, using environmental friendly ink box, collecting all printer reusable paper for 100%. We can get the honor this time depends much on the unity of our staffs, so that everyone do their best to reduce refuse and thus contribute to protecting the environment. 19-09-2006
